  • Create a shift in mindset from being a call taker to a revenue generator.
  • Clarity on what “sales” really means and how this is a good thing.
  • Learn how to communicate using logic and emotion.
  • How to prevent costly mistakes.
  • The process of how to handle sales calls differently than a request for service.
  • Dispatching techniques to maximize potential.
  • Daily plan for dispatchers.
  • How to create a better relationship from the field to the office.

At the end of this course, students will be equipped with the process of converting calls to appointments correctly and accurately.

This is a 4 hour course that is instructor-led with a downloadable workbook. Delivered in a manner that will not only engage but excite your team.

At the end of this course, students will be equipped to be a Rockstar at booking appointments and dispatching.

This includes the 4 hour pre-recorded session of the Fundamentals and How To’s with downloadable workbook as a prerequisite, followed by (3) four hour live instructor-led sessions with downloadable workbook on the date and time specified. Delivered in a manner that will not only engage but excite your team, this is a must for every service business.
