  • What are the start and end times of the event?

    Event check-in and continental breakfast begins at 7:00am on Thursday, the workshop starts at 8:00am and the session concludes at 5:00pm. Thursday at 7:00pm there will be a casual evening reception, guests are invited to attend.

    Friday a continental breakfast will be served at 7:00am and the event will conclude at 3:30pm.

    You'll want to arrive in Paradise Valley/Scottsdale at the Doubletree Paradise Valley on Wednesday January 18th. We'll begin bright and early on Thursday morning with a continental breakfast and registration starting at 7:00 am.

    SAMI will conclude on Friday afternoon by 3:30pm. You should plan to book departing flights no earlier than 6:00pm. We're about 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

  • What should I bring with me?

    All program materials will be provided for you. However to make the most of your experience we suggest the following:

    • A laptop or other mobile device for taking notes and gathering information
    • Business cards for networking and making lasting connections with other like-minded business leaders
    • Current marketing materials you'd like to share with others or have examined by our experts
    • A sweater or light jacket - those meeting rooms can get cool and we want you focused on learning, not staying warm

  • What do I need to know about the resort and transportation?

    • The Doubletree Paradise Valley is just blocks from the Old Town Scottsdale entertainment district. You'll have easy access to entertainment, great restaurants, and more. The hotel features two beautiful pools, tennis courts, a great restaurants and all the amenities you expect from an exceptional resort in the heart of the city.
    • Parking is free for guests.
    • The resort is located 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

  • Will the event be recorded? Can I record the event?

    Portions of the program will be recorded and attendees will be provided with recordings.
