The end of the year is rapidly approaching and our sights are on 2022. Don’t lose focus in these last few weeks of 2021.

There’s a lot of “busy-ness” in the months of November and December but we’re going to try to make it as easy and painless as possible for you to stay on top of things.

Send a powerful and heartfelt message to your customers! Give them a reason to remember you with warm fuzzies at the end of the year… and… a solid jump start on next year!
Moreover, you have a wonderful opportunity to send a thank you gift to your agreement and/or most loyal customers. Just a card or something small will show them how much you care. If you’re not into cards then just make it something that will fit their needs. A gift certificate, a nice box of candles, fresh baked goodies, a coffee mug with your company logo on it, a company branded hat, a free service call… the possibilities are endless. This is a great opportunity for you to get your message out to your customers, remind them what you’re all about, remind them how important they are to you and your team. This can be done with email, social media, direct mail like postcards or letters, heck even a phone call… Wouldn’t that surprise them!

Remember, everyone that contributes to your business is valuable! It’s okay to say “Thank You!” to them all so be sure to send a special message to your team. They are just as important and your business wouldn’t be the same without them. Make sure to include a thank you message for any new team members as well. Recognize their growth, accomplishments and contributions. Thank their spouses and significant others for sharing them with you. As we close out this year of 2021, what will you do? Will you keep your head in the game and work to make your business grow next year? Or will you take a rest from it all and enjoy the holidays? Do you need to get some rest? Are you planning on taking a trip? There are many things that can be done to get the most out of these final weeks of 2021.
Plan for the future… what’s next for you and your business? Have a plan in place for next year and make it something that you can actually follow through with. Do you have a marketing plan that you’re going to implement in the New Year? Do you have a plan for growing your business? What can you do to increase your customer base? How can you get more business in your area? How can you market yourself better?
