About Natalie Tougas:

Natalie’s career since 2009 has been marked with excellence in working with Human Resources, managing teams, and developing an effective hiring process for finding and training the best candidates for businesses. Over her time working with many people, she’s served as a human resource assistant, executive assistant, IT manager, campaign coordinator, executive recruitment coordinator, accounting manager, and human capital coordinator. For over 10 years, she’s risen and developed her skills in customer service, project management, and business coordination. As an integral part of her various companies’ teams, Natalie has shown she’s ready to make the hard choices regarding team members but focuses on how to help everyone on her teams reach their full potential.

Starting off working in human resources, Natalie has spent her formative years as a leader in direct contact with team members and customers, making sure everyone is satisfied with the work being done. Since then, she’s stepped into greater roles handling more responsibility and data, including helping grow the companies by finding and training the best people to join the team. As a coordinator and recruiter, Natalie’s built incredible processes for leaders to adopt in discovering the right people to fit specific roles and for effectively implementing successful campaigns and marketing projects.

Finding great success and being asked to step into bigger roles, Natalie rose to the challenge of leading and handling large teams and analyzing which team member training and customer outreach programs were the most successful. In time, her experience in leading such groups caused her to become a sought-after resource by leaders across many industries in how to more effectively build teams. Her desire to help other leaders proved to be a natural progression of her career.

With this in mind, Natalie sought out opportunities to reach her own potential when the Blue Collar Success Group caught her attention. Taking the leap, she applied and has now joined the team as Client Relations and Administrative Coordinator. She can’t wait to begin helping the Blue Collar Team and clients make their companies grow into greatness by coaching them to make the most of their own team members.

Natalie earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
